Philip B. Peters

Dr. Peters grew up in Spotsylvania and Richmond. He graduated from William & Mary in 1950 with a Bachelor of the Arts in economics and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and earned his DDS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in1953.

Dr. Peters received his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Certification in 1956 from Virginia Commonwealth /Medical College of Virginia and founded the practice that would become COFS. Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, certified since 1960.

Bennett A. Malbon

Dr. Malbon grew up in Richmond. He graduated from Randolph Macon College in 1954 with a Bachelor of Science in biology and earned his DDS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in1958. Dr. Malbon received his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Certification in 1961 from Virginia Commonwealth /Medical College of Virginia. Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, certified since 1963.

Richard K. Green

Dr. Green grew up in both Arlington and the Shenandoah Valley. He graduated from Roanoke College in 1953 with a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry and earned his DDS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in 1960. Dr. Peters received his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Certification in 1964 from Virginia Commonwealth /Medical College of Virginia. Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, certified since 1968.

Charles L. Cuttino

Dr. Cuttino grew up in Sumter, South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University in 1963 and earned his D.D.S. degree from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in 1966. Dr. Cuttino received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Certification in 1972 from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. Joined COFS in 1972.
