Board Certified Virginia Oral SurgeonDr. Gregory M. Zoghby was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and earned his D.D.S. degree from the State University of New York in Buffalo, NY. In 1990, Dr. Zoghby received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Certification from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. In 1993, Dr. Zoghby joined our Practice.
LeadershipDr. Zoghby is an honorary member of numerous professional organizations, including the Richmond Academy of Medicine and the Richmond Dental Society. Dr. Zoghby is also a member of the Richmond Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, American Dental Association, Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Virginia State Board of DentistryDr. Zoghby is registered and licensed to practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Community/VolunteerDr. Zoghby has donated his skills to the Crossover Dental Clinic, Donated Dental Services, and the Childrens Hospital Program. Dr. Zoghby also travels to Jamaica on a yearly basis to offer his professional services to the Jamaica Mission Trip which is sponsored by Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. HonorsIn 2000, Dr. Zoghby was honored to be named one of the top Oral Surgeons by Richmond Magazine. Dr. Zoghby is a part-time Assistant Professor at the Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia and enjoys the teaching opportunities that this provides. Hospital PrivilegesDr. Zoghby currently holds staff appointments at Henrico Doctors, St. Marys, Chippenham/Johnston Willis, Childrens, Stony Point Surgery Center, and the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Zoghby is also a faculty staff member at the Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia. On a personal NoteHis loves are his family, music, art, rock climbing, and the theater. He has a special interest in bicycling. Dr. Zoghby was recently in France to see the Tour De France bicycle race and is a member of a bicycling team called the Spin Doctors.
