Insurance

Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your medical and dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our office will verify your benefit coverage prior to you coming in for the visit. Please understand that this verification is only an estimate of what the insurance company will cover. Any co-insurance and/or deductible you owe will be due on the date of service. While we participate with many insurance companies, there are some that will not allow out of network coverage. As a courtesy, we file your claim to the insurance carrier, however if the insurance company has not paid in a timely manner the balance becomes the patient/guarantor responsibility.

Non-Insured

For those patients that do not have coverage for the treatment being given we expect payment in full the day the care is provided. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and also offer Care Credit (a medical/dental credit card). In some circumstances we also can set up a monthly payment plan. Payment Plan

Following an inital down payment we offer all patients/guarantors a monthly payment option which allows the balance on the account to be spread over a three month period. This plan is interest free; however, it is utilized only for a short time. If you need longer than three months to make payments you will need to apply for Care Credit. Care Credit is a medical/dental credit card that allows you to use this card not only for our services but with many other providers. Application and approval for this financing is in accordance with Care Credit’s terms and conditions.
